FTPontillo Builders and Engineering Services (formerly known as FTP
Electronics Enterprises and Services) was established in 1998 with its office
located at Parian, Calamba, Laguna. The company started as Service Center
of CELL POWER Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), a company based in
Taiwan, Republic of China. The company gradually expanded its business to
sales and marketing of CELL Power products primarily on AC Mains Power
Supply of Air Conditioners and Electrical Saving devices.
In January 2009, the company became one of the accredited service center
of HITACHI Airconditioning products and eventually became the most
prestigious service center of HITACHI. The following year 2010 and 2011, the
company became the authorized service center of KOPPEL Inc. air-
conditioning products and MIT-AIR Inc., the exclusive distributor of
MITSUBISHI Air-conditioning products as well.
In 2012, the company opened its first Branch at Cebu, Philippines. And in the
following year, the company was certified as one of the Accredited
MERALCO Contractor. By year 2014, the company became the Authorized
dealer, installer and service center of DAIKIN Philippines Inc. products. The
company acquired the approval for a PCAB License (Philippine Contractor’s
Accreditation Board) from one of the implementing Boards of the
Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), an attached
agency of the Department of Trade and Industry the following year of 2015.
In 2016, EVEREST COOLING CORPORATION – distributor of EVEREST Air-
conditioner authorizes the company as their product distributor, technical
installer and service center. In the same year, the company became the
official service center of Fuji Air-conditioner as well.
Today, the company has move to its present main office located at Zion Road, Brgy.
San Isidro, Cabuyao City, Laguna and provides services to all sectors in the
industry – Business, Banking, Medical, Information Management, Academe
with the Engineering System Equipment’s, including Technical Services and
Maintenance of Installed Electrical and other Facilities equipment and
control. In addition to our growing expertise, our business now includes
Civil, Structural and Architectural works on Buildings, Industrial, and
Commercial establishments. Recently we are working on Waste to Energy
Solutions project as part of our continuous development.
